Why LEND
No bank, no fuss. We cut out the middleman so lenders earn more and borrowers pay less - a model we bring to Switzerland's CHF 1.5 trillion debt market, for private and institutional clients alike.
CHF 1.5 Trn / yr
The market
Switzerland's credit market is dominated by banks whose business model (due to capital restrictions) is increasingly challenging. Lenders and borrowers often have to pay for the outdated business model. Lenders receive no interest, borrowers pay too much, or worse, cannot borrow in the first place.
CHF 600 M+
The traction
Cumulative fair financings since 2016, currently compounding at CHF 12–15 million of new volume per month across personal loans, SME loans and mortgages.
0.9% / 6.3%
The proof
An annual default rate of 0.9% against average investor returns of 6.3% — a decade-long, published track record of underwriting discipline.
The numbers
The same transparency we ask of our borrowers, applied to ourselves. Loan-book figures come from the independent monthly Exaloan Loan Book Review.

LENDS trade on a non-supervised venue without the protections of a regulated exchange. Liquidity is limited; you may not be able to sell at the displayed price or at all. Equity can lose value, including entirely. Past platform performance does not predict share performance. This page is informational and not investment advice or a prospectus.
FAQ
Yes. Each LENDS token is a registered share of Switzerlend AG, issued as a ledger-based security under Art. 973d of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Token holders who register are entered in the share register with full voting and dividend rights.
You can sell back to the brokerbot when it holds sufficient liquidity, or peer-to-peer on shares.lend.ch. Liquidity is limited compared to a stock exchange - treat this as a long-term holding.
Switzerlend AG is a Swiss AG and an approved financial intermediary (SRO Polyreg). The trading venue itself is not a supervised exchange; the risk box above explains what that means.
Dividend policy is decided by the AGM. As a growth company, profits have so far been reinvested; any change will be announced in the shareholder letter.
For Swiss private investors, shares are generally subject to wealth tax and dividends to income tax; private capital gains are generally tax-free. This is not tax advice - check with your advisor.
No. You can buy directly from the issuer by bank transfer in CHF. The token simply lives in a wallet app instead of a bank depot.
