eBill at LEND: Pay invoices directly in e-banking
With eBill, you can review and pay your LEND invoices directly in e-banking. If you wish, you can automatically approve eligible invoices. Once the financing has been confirmed, the invoice appears in e-banking or mobile banking. You check the amount, recipient and due date. Then you approve the payment. Done.
What is eBill?
eBill is a Swiss payment solution from SIX, and many Swiss financial institutions offer the service. It delivers invoices directly to your online banking. This means you receive your invoices where you pay them. You do not have to type in a reference number or enter bank account details. You review the information and decide whether to make the payment.
The benefits for investors
Fewer manual entries
Approval directly in e-banking
Automatic approval based on your own rules
Overview of outstanding invoices
Control over the amount, recipient and due date
Lower risk of errors in reference numbers and bank account details
How eBill works in everyday use
You activate eBill in your bank's online banking. Then select the biller you want. For LEND, add "Switzerlend AG" as a biller in your e-banking. From then on, new invoices appear directly in e-banking or mobile banking. You review the details and approve the payment.
For recurring invoices or regular investments, depending on the bank and biller, you can also set up permanent approval with limits. This way, you stay in control and do not need to approve eligible invoices manually every time.
What about borrowers?
Borrowers receive an invoice by email for each payment ten days before the due date. The invoice is also available in the LEND account. For regular instalments, LEND recommends setting up a standing order with your bank. This helps avoid missed payments and reminders.
