Revocation Right

The Consumer Credit Act (KKG) guarantees the borrower a right of revocation for personal loans.Within a period of 14 days after receipt of the credit agreement, the borrower can revoke the personal loan in writing without incurring any costs. For this reason, the disbursement of a loan does not take place until the deadline has expired, usually 15 days after the date of signature.
